S. KAVYA'S BRIEF LIFE STORY-(Needy person)
My name is Siddirala Kavya. I am from Siricilla, Karimnagar district. I have a younger sister. Her name is Bhavani and she is studying in 8th standard in a Social Welfare School. I lost my father in 2008. After my father’s death my mother fed us. In 2012 my mother’s health was spoiled and she died.
After my mother’s death my uncle (my father’s younger brother) started caring us. He is an auto-rickshaw driver. I completed my S.S.C. with 8.8 G.P.A. And I got 80% in Intermediate. At present I am pursuing my B. Tech (Civil) at Nova College of Engineering & Technology at Jafferguda, near Ramoji Film City

I Baluguri Srikanth Kumar born on 7-11-1998 in Sulthan Bazar Govt. Meternity Hospital. I am 3rd son of Sri Baluguri Lakshmaiah and Smt.Jangamma couple. Since my birth I am suffering with urine problem. We belong to poor community and my parents unable to meet my hospital expenses. Suddenly I came to know that my 2 kidneys were damaged, and it should be replaced by doing surgery. Right now I am under dialysis.
Presently I am taking treatment in Nims Hospital, Panjagutta, Hyderabad. Under Arogyasri Scheme. My Kidney will be replaced according to the ‘Jeevandhan Donor Availability Scheme’, till that date I should be under dialysis which is a costly affair (approximately 3000/- for each dialysis) monthly 12 dialysis treatment I should undergo, plus medicines etc. overall expenses it comes to nearly 40,000/- per month upto my surgery, which my parents can’t effort as a daily bread earner. After surgery post-operative care for medicines 35,000/- per month for 4 months. After 4th month 25,000/- up to one year. 2nd year gradually based on patient condition expenses will come down for life long. For surgery also there will be some expenses which is covered under Arogyasri Scheme.
Kindly help me for my treatment and save my life.
